PROFILE Shield Foundation is an organization that seeks to empower, and inspire the girl child to attain her financial independence and the relevant set of skills to fight economic and social segregation and to contribute effectively to sustainable economic development. Our vision solely premised on the realization that women and girls are the demographic dividend of any nation, once empowered with the right tools they can leverage opportunities availed to them and effect real change. Courage Msimanga It was launched in march this year, started operating in August. It was founded by Courage Msimanga, then joined by a partner Thandokuhle Sibanda, who is a poet, published author and musician. Then Admire Ndlovu joined the team in Finance.
